
Dress Requirement
A HIGH STANDARD OF DRESS IS EXPECTED ON THE COURSE, IN AND AROUND THE CLUBHOUSE, AT ALL TIMES.
ON THECOURSE:
Tailor-made shorts no lower than the knee with knee length or sports socks, preferably white. Sports shirts must have collars. Trousers/slacks must not be tucked into socks. Shirts must be tucked into trousers or shorts. Denim Jeans, trainers, shell suits and collarless shirts are not allowed.
CLUBHOUSE:
Clothing must be of smart appearance. Smart denim jeans and clean trainers are allowed. Not work clothes or torn jeans.
Tailor-made shorts with socks, as above and appropriate footwear, are permitted in the clubhouse at any time with the exception of the presentation evenings (see below.)
CLOTHING NOT PERMITTED:
Track or shell suits, T-shirts with no collar or sleeves, waterproofs or working clothes.
On competition presentation evenings, the considered appropriate dress wear is collar and tie, however, this may vary at the discretion of the Captain.
It will be the responsibility of Club Members to make sure that signed-in guests and golfing players in his or her company are properly attired in accordance with club rules.
Members are reminded that when guests are signed in for a round of golf, it must be done in accordance with club rules, and the guest must play with the member.
MOBILE PHONES:
The use of mobile phones is not allowed either on the course or in the clubhouse, except in the case of a genuine emergency.
